All students and adults traveling with us to Paris, will be required to submit a photocopy of their passport (open to the page with your photo and passport ID number, etc.) to Ms. Satterwhite or Ms. Savage or Ms. Flynn by the end of November.
We will keep these for our files while on the trip, in the even that anyone's passport is lost or stolen.
All adults attending the trip will be req'd to fill out a background check form to submit to our district before we leave for October break. Those forms can be obtained from Ms. Savage or Ms. Satterwhite via your student or email us to send one through the mail.

RED ALERT! Only 70 days to make final payments!!
This is an exciting time, you have only 70 days to pay your entire balance for your EF tour to Paris. This means we are getting that much closer to our departure time!! Ms. Satterwhite and Ms. Chang are busy organizing fundraisers for your student to earn added monies towards the trip. Last year, students were able to earn as much as $500 (a few did just that, through their hard work) towards their trip. It is likely that this will be the case for this year's fundraisers. So at this time, the goal for you would be to pay up to the last $500 of the trip, hope that your student hustles and earns some money but be prepared to pay that last $500 at the end of the 70 days in case they do not. Please contact any one of us regarding payment, deadlines or fundraisers if you have any questions.
