If you haven't made your way to the post office yet to get your passport, this is the month. We'll be asking for copies of everyone passport by September. Anyone who doesn't have theirs by a certain date, will be removed from the trip and risk non-refundable money. The point in saying this is for you to realize the importance of taking care of this by the end of June.
This is a good time to point out that your actions or inaction will affect an entire group. We need all actions to ere on the side of being considerate of others and the mountain of time, planning and in everyone's case, money that is being spent for this great experience. Our goal as your group leaders is to help insure nothing less than a GREAT experience.

what are the exact dates of the trip? the passport wants 2 know that.
We wont get the exact dates until January- but we are slated to leave around the 12th or 14th of March and we have to be back around the 21st.
Travel plans can change- just give those dates and you will be fine.
Remember the tour is 8 days.
